2021 Alexandria Turkey Trot: Move Your Feet Before You Eat

Want to start your Thanksgiving morning off on the right foot? Run the 2021 Alexandria Turkey Trot 5-Miler! There’s no better way to kick off a holiday giving thanks for your health and community after a tough couple of years. Part of the event proceeds go to ALIVE!, a local nonprofit organization that provides food, shelter, and emergency aid to Alexandrians who are struggling, which makes it even more important and special!

Registration is $20 for adults, $15 for youth ages 13-20, and $5 for kids under 13. You can add on a sleek long-sleeve cotton t-shirt to support the cause and add to your race day shirt collection! That’s part of the fun, right?

Want to be involved but don’t love running? Be a volunteer for the day! The race needs about 150 volunteers for a variety of tasks like runner registration, water stop manning, and cleanup, to make it all happen. Give back with your time and give thanks over a great meal when it’s all over!
